The Deadwood Station Bunkhouse and Gambling Hall is conveniently located at the entrance to Historic Deadwood, South Dakota. General Policy

Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. Holiday & Special Event Cancellation Policy Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival date are nonrefundable. All Service Fees are non refundable.
Written Deposit Policy
One nights lodging is due at time of booking. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Check In
3 p.m. MT. A credit card is required at check-in for incidental charges. Property amenities are subject to change. Front desk hours are 7 a.m. MT through Midnight. If arriving after midnight please call the Deadwood Station directly for check -in instructions.

Pets Policy
Pets are allowed in pet friendly rooms. Please indicate on your reservation if you will require a pet friendly room. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. The nonrefundable fee is $20 per pet, per night.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. 25% (non - refundable) is due at time of booking. Final payment is due May 5th and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 5th, full refund less one nights lodging. If a reservation is cancelled after May 5th, non -refundable.
