Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before 3:00 pm MT, 24 hours or more prior to arrival date, will be charged $25 fee. Cancellations made after 3:00 pm MT, within 24 hours of the arrival date, are nonrefundable. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one night rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
Check In
4:00 pm MT or when room is available. A credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges. Property amenities are subject to change. Hotel photos representative only.

11:00 am MT Later checkout can be arranged with prior approval.
Pets Policy
This is a pet-friendly property which welcomes animals in select pet-designated rooms. Animals must not be left alone, and owners are responsible for any damages. $10 per day non-refundable fee, must sign waiver at check in

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. This reservation may be changed or cancelled until May 1st. On May 1st a 50% nonrefundable deposit will be charged. Final nonrefundable payment will be taken on July 1st. For reservations booked on or after July 1st, full nonrefundable payment taken at time of booking. NONREFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED AT TIME OF RESERVATION.
